Event Rentals
CommonSpace Studio is a beautiful, stylish, minimalist space for your small event! We can accommodate up to 35 people seated in the larger room, and up to 50 if you include both spaces. Make the entire 1200 square feet your own!
Feeling lost and don’t know where to start the decor process? We are happy to recommend some local vendors to bring your dream to life!
You are more than welcome to bring in your own catering and beverages, but if you plan to SELL alcohol to guests you must have a server with a liquor license. We do not have a full-size refrigerator onsite.
The prices below include our cleaning and setup fee. Your set up and tear down all take place within your booked time. We provide our renters with a secure PIN to access the studio, and the studio owners are not on site during events. Once booked, there is no fee to reschedule an event if it is done within 30 days of the start of your event. Event cancellations done at any time are only eligible for a 50% refund.
