Rates + Memberships

Every studio booking includes:

• Easy parking at our 14th and Yankee Hill location, and convenient entry with your unique PIN
• Complete private access to the full studio with three directions of light, two separate and unique shooting spaces, plus a large restroom
• Use of our 8×8 rolling backdrop wall, 2 sofas and multiple stools and chairs, props, live plants, clothing rack, steamer, water and Keurig + coffee (K-cups), newborn posing bag, and full sized bed + fitted and top sheet (white)

Not interested in Membership? You can still rent the studio for an hourly rate!

• $60/hour
• Option to rent studio strobe lights and stands (contact us for complete gear list)
• Ability to book 30 days in advance

Event Rentals

CommonSpace Studio will hold up to 45 people seated in the larger room, and up to 60 if you include both spaces. The package prices listed below are our “blank canvas” options – make the entire 1200 square feet your own! But we are happy to help you with tables, seating, and decor for an additional fee. You are able to bring in your own catering and beverages, but if you plan to sell alcohol to guests you must have a server with a liquor license. TV access available, to connect your device, for presentations and slideshows. $50 cleaning fee. Set up and tear down must take place within your booked time. 

$200 security deposit, plus 50% of the total rental fee is due to secure your event date – the remaining 50% is due the week before your event
